My wife and I spent over an hour trying to set up the Sport Shelter and finally gave up, with it only partially complete. It has to be the worst design ever and I hope you are no longer selling it, unless you have improved the design and setup instructions.
I spent 30 min trying to untangle the strings that hold the poles together. Every time we tried to thread them through the tent the poles would separate and we'd have to start over or one of us would have to pull the strings tight to connect them again. The poles would not interlock, and what do you do with the excess string when all the poles are connected?
I hope you have made improvements since this was my second failed attempt, my wife and I are fairly intelligent people but this design stumped us. We had high hopes when we purchased this product but now I would be reluctant to recommend this product due to the difficulty in the setup. Please forward my comments to your management.
