Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We ship domestically within the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

This is a great deal! It is well made and does exactly what it claims to do. The shipping was fast, and it arrived ready to go. I currently have it set up next to my pool, but later it will accompany me to soccer matches, softball games etc.
