Instant Canopy

Are they really that quick to set up?

Yes, they set up quickly, easily, and require no tools. With our truss design, you can open and close your canopy by yourself in minutes. Leaving the top on means no loose parts—making it even more convenient!

Can Caravan® Canopies handle wind and rain?

Caravan® Instant Canopies provide instant protection from the elements. They stand securely on dirt, grass, or pavement, but should be staked or weighted down to avoid sudden wind damage. Though they are durable, they are not meant for permanent outdoor use and should not be left unattended for long periods.

Graphics & Printing

Silk Screen vs. Full Digital (Dye Sublimation) Print

  • Dye Sublimation: Ideal for multi-color artwork, including gradients and images. Graphics last 6 months to 2 years, depending on sun exposure.
  • Silk Screen Printing: Best for simple logos with up to four colors. Provides a longer-lasting print but cannot do gradients.

Can Canopy Tops Be Washed?

  • Yes! Use a mild detergent and a soft brush. Avoid scrubbing graphics.

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The following are estimated processing and delivery times.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 2-3 days for processing all Caravan® items. This does not include production time or manufacturing time of custom items. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship Caravan products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. Please refer to transit time map below. This is estimated and some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges are subject to the standard 15% restocking fee. In addition, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless you received damaged, defective, or the incorrect item(s). 

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all the following conditions must be met:

·       All returned or refunded items must in be in original condition and packaging.

·       All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

·       There will be no returns or refunds for any product that has passed thirty (30) days since purchase date.

Additional terms and conditions:

·       Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the form of a check or refund to credit card within one (1) week of the return.

·       The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

·       If there is a manufacturer’s defect this will be covered under warranty (wear and tear are not covered). All Caravan products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase. If Caravan determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the defective part, within the warranty stipulations of each product. Please refer to your owner’s manual or visit our website at www.caravancanopy.com/warranty/

·       At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom goods are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please call Customer Service at 877-9CANOPY – (877) 922-6679.

·       Caravan is not responsible for any returns that are returned without a RMA number. Additionally, if you should need these items returned to you – Caravan will not absorb the shipping cost if they have been sent to us without an RMA number.

 

Stock Returns

Stock returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Authorization of stock returns is at the sole discretion of Caravan®. If a stock part is authorized for return and is a customer error, 15% of the purchase price will be applied as a standard restocking charge. Products must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging, instruction manuals and accessories. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the form of a check or refunded to credit card within one (1) week of the return. There is no restocking charge due to errors by Caravan®.

Custom Returns

We are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom goods are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please call Customer Service at 877-9CANOPY – (877) 922-6679.

Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all transportation related charges (shipping, insurance, duties, etc.) for all returned products. In addition, shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility. Products shipped to Caravan® freight collect will be refused.
