Shipping Policy

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The following are estimated processing and delivery times.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 2-3 days for processing all Caravan® items. This does not include production time or manufacturing time of custom items. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship Caravan products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. Please refer to transit time map below. This is estimated and some areas may experience extended delivery times.
