I really like that it has the extension so it's actually more than a 10 x 10. Plus the top vents. Perfect for backyard gatherings.
However, the first time a bit of wind came through (and it wasn't really strong wind), it twisted one side all out of shape. We've managed to prop it up to make it work, we hope for the rest of the summer, but this isn't a sturdy tent. If you're going to have much of a breeze, you need to either put it away or else make sure it's not just staked but that each leg is really anchored to something really, really strong.
