Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Tops (10×10, 10×15, 10×20) in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.

Perfect, Just what I needed to repair my canopy after a serious storm, part was easy to replace saving me from having to buy a whole new canopy!

This was the exact piece we needed to repair our caravan canopy. We really love our canopy because we have the one with the True Timber HTC print camo. We use it for camping and we are both hunters and outdoorsy people. All of our camping supplies are themed with hunting and have the same camo print on as much as our things as possible.

Was a perfect easy fit.

Everything and ordering the park went perfect. I was able to get the part right away meaning sooner than expected.

The website mean it simple for me to identify which part and needed.

However the reason way I needed to order the part was because the canopy was not assembled correctly.

The Bolts were tightened to Tight which when I folded the canopy up it did not give.

Please add a torque screwdriver to this assembly process in production to ensure the bolts are not over tightened or under tightened

Again there replacement process was awesome I do not remember a similar experience with another company I love the fact I did not have to talk to a person to make this work.
