Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Tops (10×10, 10×15, 10×20) in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.

Very nice patio addition

This gazebo was a nice addition to our deck patio. It provides more shade than the umbrella we used in the past. Though the frame is not as sturdy as the Caravan Canopy I purchased for my business, the reasonable price deserved the 5 star rating. I did screw it down to my deck so hopefully it will withstand any very windy day. In the future I would consider a more expensive gazebo that is more sturdy with a heavier duty cover.
