Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Tops (10×10, 10×15, 10×20) in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.
10′ Walls in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.
10×10 Kits in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.
PT Wall Set of 4.

Great Unit but wanted me to pay

This is a sturdy carport. But, somehow when I went to put this up, I lost the screws/bolts to hold the snow load bars. I didn't find it in the box. It is 2.5" bolt with washers and nuts. I called to perhaps get them, it takes 8 total.
I was so shocked to hear Caravan Canopy wanted to charge me $16 per bolt and nut. So another $128 for the bolts Plus shipping and handling.
I do not recommend this company as they do not care about you at all. I plan to share this on all social media. Especial Trust Pilot cause they are a good start to finding out tidbits like this where trash companies rake you over the coals for things that they forgot to put in the box.
Since I see here on their website caravancanopy.com that they use Judge.me to restrict any and all bad complaints about them on their site but they can't stop me from doing it on other social media accounts. What a horrible company to gouge their customers for missing screws at a cost of $128. STAY CLEAR. I will be posting this on numerous websites.
