At Caravan®, we strive to fulfill your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our processing and shipping times.

Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Tops (10×10, 10×15, 10×20) in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.

We appreciate your understanding

Thank you very much for having the canopy available for purchase by itself. The frame is in good condition but I needed to replace the canopy. The only concern I might have is that I wish there was an extra layer of material at the center of the canopy. After time of use, the center pole seems to pop out through the seems of the canopy.

This is the third top we’ve bought because we use this tent year round permanently mounted on our back southern exposure deck.

We get a lot of UV in the Summer, wind in the Fall, and rain in the Winter and Spring —So it’s a good tent to shelter us during outdoor patio meals year round any time of day.

It also protects more sensitive decorative plants on the deck, and odds and ends that we don’t want soaked during rainstorms.

Customer service is always provides timely helpful response.

It’s a good price point for annual maintenance replacement like a sun umbrella, even though the lighter material than the original doesn’t last as long under the permanent year round conditions we use it for.

I sent a message to HR asking what kind of warranty the canopy comes with because the one that we got we bought the canopy. We used three times and ripped. I did not receive an answer
