Shipping Information

At Caravan®, we strive to fulfill your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our processing and shipping times.

Processing

• Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
• Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
• Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

• We ship domestically within the USA.
• Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

• Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
• If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

• Tops (10×10, 10×15, 10×20) in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.
• 10′ Walls in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.
• 10×10 Kits in White, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.
• PT Wall Set of 4.
• Food Mesh Wall Set of 4.
• Frames, roller bags, frame parts, chairs, and tent accessories (not fabric-related).
