At Caravan®, we strive to fulfill your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our processing and shipping times.

Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Reliable and affordable. The hybrid is new to me. Used higher model before. Like the hybrid for its combination of lighter canopy framed alloy but steel frame leg. Easier to load and unload in vehicle.

It arrived in a timely fashion. And wow, they weigh a lot less than my very old one. Years of doing farmers' markets and Caravan is the only canopy I'll use: durable, stable, and now I don't need my little dolly to move it (I did say I've been doing this for years)

I’m really happy with this new style, it feels more sturdy for outdoor shows and more substantial, but it’s not so heavy-duty that two women can’t handle it or use it. I’ve always loved Caravan, and the custom top we ordered years ago fits perfectly on this frame.
