Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Just what I needed to extend the life of my Titanshade Canopy

I've had my Caravan Canopy Titanshade for 11 years. While I've always been careful to take it down during high winds, I lent it out for a party, and there was a thunderstorm that evening. One of the legs was slightly bent, which didn't allow it to fold easily. I was so pleasantly surprised that I could order a replacement part using the easy-to-follow diagram on your website. The new leg arrived promptly and was well-packaged. I was also surprised at how easy it was to replace, in fact, I did not need any tools! My 11-year-old canopy is like new again!
