Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

The chair is both light and sturdy. Very portable and comfortable. I have not had any problems with the mechanism to keep it reclined. I like it and am thinking of getting a second one.

I purchased a oversized gravity chair after relaxing in one by the pool side at a high end casino in las Vegas. First night I got my chair I put it in my front room just to relax the chair is so comfortable I woke up the next morning. This chair is so well built with comfort it is more comfortable than my $2500.00 lazy boy. All you got to do is sit down and lay back in a zero gravity chair and you will understand what I am saying. Highly recommended. Not a five star chair its a ten star chair ony book!
