At Caravan®, we strive to fulfill your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our processing and shipping times.

Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all standard Caravan® items.
Custom items, including non-stock colors and sizes, require additional production time (see below).
Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. All products are shipped from our facility in Southern California. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the transit time map below. Note that some areas may experience extended delivery times.

Fabric Production Notice

Custom items (non-stock colors and sizes) require 10 business days for production.
If you need custom items sooner, please include your required delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Items that do not require 10-day production include:

Service was very good. The person who answered the phone when I place the order it was very helpful and we received our order very quickly. The quality of the product is good. We have had our tent set up in our backyard as a storage area for more than two years and it’s still holding up. Pretty amazing

I recently upgraded to these walls for my 15 year old tent. Upgrading from the thinner walls to these thicker fabric walls upped the level of professionalism. The material is thick and sturdy. I wish I had upgraded years ago.

Really like the heavier gauge fabric--much sturdier than the polyvinyl.

The new zipper was not happy connecting with the old zippers. Luckily someone with a lot of strength was able to configure it. I left it connected to its adjoining 2 sides and folded it as one piece
