The compilation of Site Contents is the exclusive property of Caravan and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
The trademarks or trade dress of Caravan in the United States and other countries, and may not be used in connection with any product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Caravan. All Site Contents not owned by Caravan are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Caravan. Caravan, its suppliers, and its licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in our Sites and Site Contents.
License
Caravan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of our Sites and Site Contents and strictly in accordance with all Terms. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Sites and Site Contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of our Sites and Site Contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. - You may not acquire any ownership rights in any Site Contents.

You may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or publicity rights, otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Caravan reserves the right but not the obligation to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, you grant Caravan a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Caravan and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Caravan and its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Caravan has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Caravan takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Indemnification
As a condition for using our Sites, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, including, without limitation, Caravan, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, vendors, and suppliers harmless for any losses, costs and expenses, liabilities, investigations, claims, suits, damages, expenses, and attorneys’ fees for any claim relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use our Sites, your violation of applicable laws; rules; or regulations, your violation of any Terms, or your violation of any other third party rights. Caravan reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Caravan in asserting all defenses.

Caravan respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Caravan are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product descriptions
Caravan attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Caravan does not warrant that product descriptions or Site Contents are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Caravan itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase.
Pricing
With respect to items sold by Caravan, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and notify you. Your credit card is charged at the time you place the order
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Caravan. Your purchases from third party sellers using Caravan payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

CARAVAN DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ITS SITES AND SITE CONTENTS, ITS SERVERS, OR ITS ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ARE FREE OF ERROR, MALWARE, VIRUSES, HACKERS AND OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF CARAVAN’S SITES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARAVAN DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ITS SITES AND SITE CONTENTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CARAVAN, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITES, OR DISSATISFACTION WITH OUR SITES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH OUR SITES, SITE CONTENTS, OR ANY TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SITES. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION WILL APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE(S).
Applicable law
This agreement shall be governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement or your use of our Sites must be brought in the state or federal courts of California and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Terms of use scope
Our Sites may offer links to other third party sites. In addition, you may have been linked to our website through links or banner advertisements on other sites. These other sites have separate and independent terms of use that you may want to review. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Caravan with respect to our Sites and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and proposals with respect to our Sites. No failure to enforce, exercise, or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver or estoppel of any right, remedy or condition.
