Very good service
It was great to be able to find the parts needed to save my canopy after a wind storm. Web site worked well and easy to find part, just a little pricy to spend $80 to fix 3 bars more than 1/2 of a new one. We are all spoiled by Amazon and get email updates on the status of the order. It would be a nice touch to know when it shipped.
Arrived in a well wrapped package for good protections from damage during shipping, easy to install and overall good quality product.
It’s nice replacement parts are available. Wind breaks something and it is replaceable. Love our canopy and recommend to everyone.
