Dealers: What Information Is Needed For A Custom Canopy Order?

ThumbsUpWhile some of our Authorized Resellers understand the process of ordering a custom canopy, most of them specialize in something other than custom canopies or large-format printing. Really, unless they’ve sold a canopy before, it’s hard to know how to even start the process or what information is needed to place their customer’s order.

Some common questions we receive from some of our Authorized Resellers:

  1. “How do I sell a custom canopy?”
  2. What questions do I ask?
  3. How do I even proceed in gathering the right information so that my customer can walk away knowing I’ll deliver the right quote to them based on their actual needs?

We’ve heard and, more importantly, we’ve listened.

The following is an easy-to-use information sheet that will allow you to gather all of the pertinent information when your customer asks for a custom canopy quote.

However, the only thing missing is their artwork. In order for us to supply you an accurate quote and a rendering of what your customer’s canopy will look like, we’ll need to have your customer’s artwork.

So, here’s how easy it is to order a custom canopy from Caravan Canopy.

  1. Fill out this information sheet (LINKED BELOW)
  2. Get your customer’s artwork
  3. Send us the info sheet and artwork files
  4. We’ll send you a quote with your pricing and a suggested retail price as well as a rendering
  5. Give the quote to your customer
  6. He pays you, you pay us, we ship it to you or the customer direct. (White labeled, of course)
